Agripreneur Farmers Institute proposes the establishment of the AFI Livestock Improvement Cooperative, aimed at improving livestock production, animal health, market access and farm management practices among communal livestock farmers in and around Thaba Nchu. The programme will serve 42 villages through a centrally located livestock support centre and a network of village representatives.

The cooperative will establish a livestock support centre in Thaba Nchu stocking a full range of inputs and equipment for communal farmers:
Each affiliated farmer contributes R80 per month and receives the following benefits:
